Reactive Coloring
Most woods naturally contain tannin acid. Reactive coloring is a process that reacts with this acid, darkening the wood without the use of pigments. The result is an astonishingly clear, naturally darkened wood color. Virtually any shade of color, from light to very dark can be achieved with this safe, 0% VOC and 100% water based process.
Leather & Jeans
Our "Leather & Jeans" reactive color names comes from the fact that there are amazing combinations of browns, grays with some occasional hints of blue-ish overtones compliment the floor. Shown here on 8" character grade white oak, finished with our premium hardening oil. High end floors call for a high end finish!!
